Corporate Seminar in Châtel: Bring Your Teams Together in the Heart of the Alps

Châtel · Portes du Soleil

A Thousand Ideas, Twelve Desires

A Change of Scenery to Move Forward

A residential seminar in a hamlet that can be reserved exclusively

In Châtel, just 600 meters from the slopes, Savoya Lodges hosts corporate seminars in four adjacent chalets, all of which can be rented out exclusively. The complex can accommodate up to 33 employees, each with their own bed, an 80-square-meter living room that can be converted into a meeting room, and a network of local vendors for catering and activities.

Far from impersonal hotel rooms, the mountains offer space to reflect, exchange ideas, and build connections. Spring and fall are particularly well-suited for this: executive meetings, workshops, and retreats—with fewer crowds and greater availability among service providers.

Equipment and Spaces

What you have at your disposal

There is no dedicated seminar room: Alpina’s lounge doubles as a meeting room. The main living room is 80 m² and features a large table that seats up to 25 people, an open fireplace, and a terrace with a view of the mountains.

Equipment available on site: Wi-Fi, flip chart, projector and projection screen, flat-screen TV with HDMI cable, DVD player.

Other facilities: several rooms for small-group workshops, 4 kitchens, terraces, a private outdoor hot tub at Alpina, and a secure storage area for skis, bicycles, and luggage.

The chalets are not connected to one another, but they are grouped together in the same hamlet. Alpina hosts meetings and meals; Explora, Rustika, and Utopia provide additional sleeping accommodations.

One bed per person

Sleeping arrangements

In a team, two coworkers may not necessarily want to share a double bed.

We therefore distinguish between the maximum capacity and the number of actually separate sleeping spaces.

A typical day

Morning — arrival, welcome coffee, check-in, initial meeting.
Noon — lunch delivered directly to the chalet by a local partner.
Afternoon — sports or recreational activity: hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, Olympic-style games, treasure hunt, gourmet tour.
Evening —cocktail hour and dinner at the chalet or at a restaurant, followed by the hot tub.
The next day —breakfast or brunch before departure.

These informal moments are often just as valuable as formal sessions: it’s on a trail or over coffee that hierarchical barriers come down.

The program is built around your goals

The activities, chosen based on your goal

Team building isn't just about booking a spectacular activity. The program must align with the objective, the team's personality, and each participant's physical fitness level.

Cooperating and Tackling Challenges: treasure hunts, orienteering, escape games, team competitions, immersive nature quests, games, and communication workshops.

Pushing Ourselves Together: Fantasticable (giant zip line), tree-top adventure course, via ferrata, canyoning, mountain biking, challenging hikes, and guided outings with the Guide Office.

Suitable for everyone: themed hikes, Lake des Plagnes or Lake d’Arvouin, wildlife viewing, exploring wild plants, farm tours, and tastings of local cheeses and products.

Slow Down: yoga, sophrology, breathwork, massage, creative workshops, team-building workshops, and Nonviolent Communication (NVC).

We connect you with qualified local partners, both in winter and summer.

Available packages

On the menu

Thanks to our network of restaurants, caterers, and chefs based in the valley, we offer several options: breakfast and brunch delivery, gourmet snacks, meal platters, picnic baskets, hot or cold buffets, appetizer platters, Savoyard specialties (raclette, fondue, tartiflette), dinners delivered to your chalet, special event dinners, private chef services, and restaurant reservations.

Meals are served at Alpina or distributed among the chalets, depending on the size of the group. We prioritize local vendors, regional products, and mountain specialties.

The fridge can be stocked before your arrival: order drinks, breakfast items, and everyday essentials from the Sherpa in Châtel, and we’ll pick up your groceries and put them away in the chalets.
