Terms and Conditions
🗓️ RESERVATION
You can make a reservation on our website and pay online.
You can also make a reservation by phone or email.
– 30% deposit. We also accept payments by mail and by check. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. The balance is due 1 month before arrival.
– You can book with us on other platforms such as Booking or Airbnb, but please note that you’ll always find the best rates and personalized advice when you book directly with us.
– When you book online, you can purchase the cancellation option. You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 90 days before your arrival.
– High-season reservations are only available for a full week, from Saturday to Saturday. Short stays are possible on a last-minute basis.
– During the off-season—spring or fall—we offer weekend packages.
💰 PAYMENT
You can pay by bank transfer or through a secure payment link. In person, we accept credit cards and cash.
➡️ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
– Check-in: starting at 4 p.m. / Check-out: by 10 a.m. at the latest
Flexible hours depending on the season.
– Tourist tax: €1.70 per night per adult
– If you plan to leave early in the morning or arrive late at night, please contact us in advance.
ℹ️ MISCELLANEOUS
The parking lot, outdoor access areas, main garden, and ski storage room are shared.
Your chalet and its deck are reserved exclusively for you.
